  • Layouts and floor plans (preliminary and final)
  • Development of equipment schedule and specification brochure
  • Mechanical plans for plumbing and electrical requirements: Point-of-connection power requirements, utility load data and drain connections
  • HVAC requirements including exhaust and compensating air supply specifications
  • Facade and exterior elevations (site presence and street side attractiveness)
  • Shop drawings of all fabricated equipment proposed, both millwork and stainless steel construction
  • Bar design including back bar and underbar design
  • Interior design: All architectural finishes and surfaces for public areas
  • Signage: Primary identification signage as well as directional signage within the restaurant space for traffic control and specialized services (take-out offerings) - custom paint, carved wood and new sign design
  • Development of specifications and recommendations to be in compliance with the following authorities: National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HAACCP) standards, Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Handicap regulations, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)
